South Ridge

After two weeks of being sick I was finally well enough to get out again this Tuesday so Aaron and I headed up the South Ridge of Mt Superior.

I took a lot of pictures of Aaron.. I'm the one in green.

Pipeline Couloir, Baldy Bowl Chutes

May 30th was my last day out skiing for the season even though there is still snow in Main Chute right now.  The green has kept my sights on running.  And a two week long upper respiratory infection and being busy with school and work has really limited my activities.  When I started skiing at the end of last season I looked up at Pipeline and thought there was just no way I could ever ski something that looked that crazy.  It was really fun to ski it comfortably and think about how much my perspective has changed and how much my skiing has improved.

The view that had me freaked out last year.  I learned that most things that look like this across the valley are a lot tamer than they look.

The rest of the pictures of Aaron and I, not in any particular order because I don't have time ha ha
